Based in the Peak District, it is easily accessible from Manchester, Birmingham, and London (Euston Station). Various Venues with Flexible Accommodation
Made up of 4 buildings, bookable individually or together for exclusive use, the estate cansleep 46-48 guests with 23 bedrooms and 36 individual beds. The ample space enables youand your guests to relax and have a peaceful sleep before a busy day ahead. Beingself-catering gives you flexibility with dining options or catering.
Being based in the beautiful country side there are many local activities available. From endless country walks, to activity centres a 2 minute drive away, we guarantee many entertaining ideas for some team building!
A Venue which fits You Perfectly
Toft Hall is the main and most historic building of the estate. Over 400 years old, and once home of the Sherriff of Staffordshire, this unique venue holds a world of history in its walls. As well as antique features, such as the wooden beams and the wattle and daub construction method used, there are also some modern touches like the games room. In addition to a dining room for 20 guests, there are two cosy living rooms perfect for relaxing.
Chels Barn and Toft Barn, also located on the estate, sleep 12 guests separately, and 24 guests in total. These converted barns maintain the original charm in the high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. Chels Barn has a large dining room that can sit up to 24 guests, perfect for a team meal or an afternoon of brainstorming.
Finally, Toft Nook outhouse completes the estate. Offering an extra space that sleeps 2-4 guests with a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. It is perfect for those who seek a little bit of extra privacy.

Private Gardens & Lovely Countryside Walks
Being immersed in the peaceful nature that the Peak District offers, escaping any bustling city you might have come from, take your team on a fresh countryside walk straight form your front door as well as taking advantage of the famous walking routes close-by such as the Roaches Rocks.
The gardens of the estate are private, giving you the chance to make a delicious BBQ with views across the fields. Starting 2023 we will also have 2x 5 person hot tubs on site. 1 x at Toft Hall, and 1 x at Chels Barn.
You will also find a number of local country pubs on your door step, ready to welcome you with a pub meal, or a pint of local beer.
Corporate Activities in the Peak District
If you aim to bring your team together over a little bit of competitive bonding, there are a vast number of activities near-by. Madrenalin Activities is only a 2 minute drive away, where you can find a vast range of activities from axe throwing, zorbing, Segway driving. If you are looking for some fun water sports, Titisworth Reservoir is a 5 minute drive away and is home to some of the most exciting water activities available.
