It is believed that the historic Toft Barn for 12 guests (or for 24 when combined with Chels Barn) traces back to the 17th Century. Nowadays it features both traditional stone architecture, and modern amenities. Reception Room
First and foremost, there’s a big reception room with oak flooring and lovely Chesterfield sofas which can host all of your guests. It comes fully equipped with a big flat screen TV, DVD with a large library of movie to choose from, books, board games, WiFi and a stereo (just bring your AUX cable to connect).
You can also access your private gardens through the door on the left. Here, you’ll find BBQ, and an outside table tennis.
Kitchen & Dining
Those looking for self-catering accommodation near Manchester or Birmingham will be happy to lay their eyes on this open-space kitchen and dining room with elegant Italian kitchen cabinets. You’ll be able to use the 4 ring hob, Neff couple over, a spacious fridge and freezer, large Dualit toaster, microwave, and all utensils you could possibly need.
If you’d like, you can also bring in a caterer on one of the evenings, we’ll be happy to recommend some great local chefs.
The dining room which overlooks the kitchen & prep area can sit 14 guests.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
As mentioned, you’ll be able to choose between 6 bedrooms in this venue hire – 4 twins and 2 doubles. All the bedrooms come with white linen, cosy mattresses and thick duvets.
We have an easily accessible bedroom on the ground floor. This twin bedroom comes with an en-suite wet room and a shower stool.
There are 5 bathrooms at the property in total, 4 of which are on the first floor and come with plenty of hot water.
Outdoors
Your private gardens come with a BBQ so on a sunny day why not organise a lovely meal outside (just make sure to bring your own coal). There’s also a tennis table which can be enjoyed by the active and youngest ones in your group.
At Toft Estate, you’ll be surrounded by miles of spectacular nature with lots of walking paths. These make Toft Barn well suited for bird watching, walking, hiking, climbing, target sports and even water activities.
