This small detached barn at Toft Estate for 2-4 guests features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, travertine stone floor with underfloor heating, providing you with that cosy cottage feel. It comes with a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and an open-space kitchen and living area. Although it cannot be rented out alone, it is a great addition for those looking to host a couple of extra guests.
Besides the double bedroom, this cottage to rent also comes with a pull out sofa, meaning you can accommodate 4 people comfortably.
This unit is located entirely on the bottom floor and has no high steps, making it easily accessible for those with limited mobility. Location-wise it is set next to Chels Barn, across from Toft Hall, and just a few steps away from Toft Barn.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a cooker, hob, oven, kettle, fridge, and all necessary crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen opens up to the living room which comes with a cosy (pull-out) double sofa, flat screen TV with a DVD player and some DVDs to choose from, as well as a table and 2 chairs (let us know if you’ll be needing more).
If you’re planning a celebration and you’ve been looking for a party house near Manchester, having Toft Nook can be very useful. The oldest or the youngest can have a good night’s rest in the Nook while you can have a whole night celebration in one of the Barns or Toft Hall.
