Fabulous Pet Accommodation
We understand that they are valuable members of the family – so you will want them to enjoy your holiday too. Your pets are welcome at the whole Toft Estate – Toft Hall, Toft Barn, Chels Barn and in Toft Nook. We do have a small charge of £30 per pet to ensure our housekeeping team has the extra time to prepare the venue for the next guests.
Throughout the Toft Estate, the ground floor reception rooms have solid floors. No cream carpets here! Your dog’s muddy paws are not going to cause any damage and you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Comfy, yet robust, Toft Estate is designed as a pet friendly accommodation. To be respectful to our future guests, please don’t allow your pets to enter the bedrooms.
The setting of our large group accommodation is simply gorgeous. There are fabulous views for you and ample space for your dog! There are fields and gardens surrounding all the properties and the nearest road is a good five-minute walk away, so your pet is safe with no passing traffic.

There are two footpaths leaving from Toft Estate with miles of fabulous Peak District countryside to explore. If you can, buy the Ordinance Survey Outdoor Leisure OS24 map before your holiday and start planning those short walks or all day hikes. Your dogs will love it!
Don’t forget to pack their dog bed, feeding bowl and blanket, so they have familiar things to help them settle. It’s also a good idea to ensure their collar tag has your mobile number in case you need to be contacted. Please also bring any litter bags to keep the garden and countryside clean. Of course, don’t forget their favourite treats and toys!
Pubs & Activities for All Guests
There are some lovely local pubs which allow you to bring your pets! Some of our top local pubs include The Lazy Trout at Meerbrook, The Rock at Upper Hulme and The Royal Oak at Rushton Spencer (this popular pub has dog treats and water bowls available).
So now, it is just time to choose all the other lovely activities your guests can enjoy at Toft Estate. You can hire in a chef and waiters for your own personal restaurant experience, or beauty therapists for relaxing treatments, there is so much choice, and your beloved dog(s) need never leave your side!
