Toft Estate is a private estate of four historic houses on the Staffordshire and Cheshire edge of the Peak District, near Leek and Macclesfield. Book one house or the whole estate, depending on the size of your group: Toft Hall sleeps 20, Chels Barn and Toft Barn sleep 24, and the whole estate sleeps up to 48.

At its heart is a 400-year-old Grade II listed manor house, with two converted barns and a cosy cottage around a private courtyard. Add two hot tubs, a games room, gardens and big countryside views, and you have one of the most characterful group houses in the Peak District for hen parties, stag dos, micro weddings, birthdays and family get-togethers.

Absolutely amazing house, loads of rooms which were fun discovering.
Stunning views from the hot tub.
Plenty of amenities.
Fully equipped kitchen.
We had Morrisons delivered to the house with no problems.
We walked to the local pub from where we were staying as well.

From the very beginning, the team were so helpful and lovely.  Everything ran so smoothly, which meant we could just relax, enjoy ourselves and have a great time!
There was so much on offer that choosing what to do was probably the hardest part, everything sounded so good! The venue was beautiful, and the views were so wholesome.

In the build up Party Houses were efficiently and patiently responsive to any additional information we asked for. Toft Hall was well presented, the kitchen contained everything we needed and we made the greatest use of the beautiful gardens with the wonderful views. We left with heavy hearts and superb memories. We are a group of families with ages 17 to 89 and there was plenty to entertain everyone. From playing competitions in the games room, to relaxing in the hot tub. Staff were on hand to answer any questions and quickly resolved any issues. l would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a family get-together and we will be returning again next year.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you have kids, this house is perfect for hide and seek! There are lots of rooms to stay in but the house is very old so it may be a bit dusty.
Also it looks a bit creepy but if you like horror movies, and other things scary, you will probably like this. I think it is fun to stay in because there is foosball and pingpong. But 1 tv does not work and the consoles are also broken. Bring books and games so you don’t get bored. pictures when buying look different to the actual house. It looks very old though. There was an alarm fault at 11 pm waking everyone up. If the alarm goes off check the alarm it is next to 1 of the staircases. Hope you have a nice time! 🙂 It is a great place to be for a celebration or just for fun.

Is Toft Estate exclusive use?
Book the whole estate and it is entirely yours, with no other guests on site.

Are there hot tubs?
Yes, two five-person hot tubs: one at Toft Hall and one at Chels Barn.

Is it self-catering?
Yes. Toft Hall has a handmade Smallbone kitchen and a dining room for 20, and we can recommend local caterers, chefs and activity providers.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Toft Estate for £40 per dog.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking in the courtyard plus an overflow area just before it on the drive.
